"I'm not one for, you know, vomiting declarations of sentiment out across the airwaves," he said on Wednesday's episode of Late Show with David Letterman. "But when we had that baby, I fell more in love with my wife than I'd ever been in my entire life. I couldn't even believe it." Ryan said that in the past, he'd always tell Blake that he'd take a bullet for her because he loved her so much, adding that things have changed since becoming a dad. He joked, "I would use my wife as a human shield to protect that baby."
